In the upper section of the Rogue River anglers are having success catching both salmon and steelhead. For the salmon angler right now the count over Gold Ray is 10,899 with only 3,266 salmon that have made it to the hatchery making the success rate in favor of the angler. Best times early morning from the hatchery hole down to Shady Cove. Best method is running a wrapped quick fish, k-15’s green and silver in color. more
