Pontoon Boat and Float Tube Return Policy
To insure your comfort for on-line purchases. Oregon Fishing provides a buy back policy on all pontoon boats and floating tubes sold off the OFC website. Oregon Fishing private Buy Back Policy is as follows
- After complete set up of your new Water Skeeter Pontoon or Float Tube and upon inspection and you don't feel the product is of quality and or does not meet your expectations.
- Oregon Fishing will buy back the purchased product no questions asked.
- Product Return is only valid if the product has not been used or tested on the water.
- Please call customer service to arrange for returns and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Call 1-877-694-0856
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Customer must provide shipping insurance in the amount of the retailed purchased product.
- Once Oregon Fishing receives the returned product.
- Oregon Fishing will inspect the product for all parts and accessories and determine that the boat is in re-sale condition before returning purchased payment.
- Oregon Fishing will contact the customer before payment reimbursement.

Return Policies:
Returns are subject to individual product manufacturers warranty policies. Please view below for individual warranty information.
Every item is guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship by the manufactures warranty not Oregon Fishing.
All repairs or replacements will be sent directly to the manufacture. In order to process this warranty, the original owner must return to the manufacture the item broken or defected in a suitable shipping package, freight pre-paid and insured.

Oregon Fishing’s Layaway Policy
We offer our customers a no-interest, no-fee layaway option to help you in your quest to acquire your fishing equipment.
- Orders totaling under US$1000
A 35% deposit is collected at the time of the order, and the balance of the payments will be split in equal payments for up to 4 subsequent months. For example, if a pontoon boat is US$500, the deposit is US$175, and then there are 4 monthly payments of US$81.25 each until the layaway is paid off. Shipping will also be spread out over the payments. The item is sent upon clearance of the last payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping.
- Layaway Orders totaling US$1000 and over
A 20% deposit is collected at the time of the order, and the balance of the payments will be split in equal payments for up to 4 subsequent months. For example, if a item is US$1000, the deposit is US$200, and then there are 4 monthly payments of US$200 each until the layaway is paid off. Shipping will also be spread out over the payments. The item is sent upon clearance of the last payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping.
- If a credit card or check payment is declined, we regret that we have to charge a service fee of US$10 for each monthly occurrence. If a layaway is in default for 30 days, on the 31st day, we send out reminders both via email and telephone. If the layaway is not paid for 60 days, you will receive a final written notice and we will cancel the order, collect all applicable fees, and put the item back up for sale.
- Order Cancellations: The first payment is a restocking fee and is non-refundable. Any layaway cancellations or changes will be charged the restocking fee and any remaining credits will be given as a store credit. Store credits are good for 120 days there are no refunds.
- No layaways under a US$100.00
